Woodstock Road, Walthamstow

The challenge

​

  • To create an outdoor office in the rear garden of a London terraced property without a dedicated garden access point

​

  • The Client requested sandstone rubble plinths along the perimeter to match the existing garden wall

​

  • A prompt solution was required due to the Client working from Home during the Covid-19 pandemic

The solution

​

  • Components were safely manoeuvred through the main residence in manageable sizes to enable backyard fabrication

​

  • Matching materials were sourced for the perimeter plinths to ensure they complimented the existing garden wall

​

  • Dimensions of the proposed structure allowed the planning process to be bypassed which expedited the project progress
